Group Leadership

Being a P.E.A.C.E. Group Leader can be an amazingly rewarding opportunity, but it does require making a personal committment to the P.E.A.C.E. Personal Qualifications:

Leaders should follow up on these prospects as soon as possible (within one week).

·         Pray regularly - Leaders must bear in mind the words of St. James, "You do not have, because you do not ask God" (James 5:4) and the words of our Lord Jesus, "Ask and it will be given to you" (Matthew 7:7) Leaders should pray often for the successful growth of the group-both spiritually and in numbers - and for the needs of each participant. Weekly prayer is encouraged.
